At Green Spring, we take the idea seriously that we are “surrounded by a cloud of witnesses.” As part of the understanding that countless others have been boldly proclaiming the Gospel of Christ for generations, we believe in studying successful ministries. We also make it a point to seek wise counsel from a team of mega-church pastors that serve as our mentors.

Additionally, we rely on lay leaders to guide the pastoral teams — with both an eye to sound operational practices and a creative vision for bold ministry. Together, the members of this team form a Leadership Panel that oversees our call and how we pursue this eternal cause.
